RSVP to either January 30, 11:00 AM to  12:00 PM or February 6, 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM mandatory orientation at San Pablo EDC to attend a five-day course at the San Pablo Library (February 26 to Mar. 2) to get certified in HazWOPER (hazardous waste and emergency response training).
