Technical Assistance

In compliance with the mission to develop, diversify, and stabilize the local economy, San Pablo EDC offers technical guidance to local businesses and entrepreneurs, so to help them succeed in their respective marketplace every 2nd and 4th of the Month from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, which includes:

  • Basic Financial Analysis - Analyzing the essential fixed and marginal profits and costs associated with a business to estimate initial investment and operating costs, and help outline strategies towards profitability
  • Marketing Strategy - Outlining businesses and entrepreneurs target client demographics and brainstorming ways that they can connect to target market and localize content such that they effectively communicate their value proposition with target market
