Contra Costa Back-to-Business Fund (B2B)
The COVID-19 economy has claimed 15% of small businesses countywide, and according to Bay Area Equity Atlas, there are actually 41% less businesses open this year as compared to last, and revenues are down 33%. The pandemic has highlighted the reality of economic inequities that small minority- and women-owned businesses have long suffered. To lift Contra Costa County as a whole and build back stronger, the San Pablo EDC is joining with partners across the county to launch the Contra Costa Back-to-Business Fund.
