DreamBuilder

DreamBuilder is a series of 13 online business courses. The goal of the program is to help entrepreneurs achieve success. The courses that are included in the program cover the basics of starting a business as well as relevant topic areas, such as marketing, finance, and accounting. 

New Businesses

We want to ensure that any new business that comes to the San Pablo EDC for services can obtain assistance from our business staff. We help individuals with business plan creation, access to capital and referrals to other community partners that may be experts in the business field that they want to pursue. We partner with other nonprofits, community partners and business experts to help those small business that are beginning their journey and looking for a trusted partner to help them in those first steps.

• Ribbon Cutting service and request form

  SPEDC welcomes all new business in San Pablo with a free ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony. It’s a great service to get free exposure and marketing.
  
  

Existing Businesses

For existing businesses, the San Pablo EDC wants to work with them on activities and offerings that support them in various ways. These services can be essential for the smooth operation and growth of companies. At San Pablo EDC we have professionals that we have partnered with that can guide businesses with their accounting and bookkeeping, tax planning, HR, marketing/advertising, and insurance. We have trusted partners and current San Pablo business owners who we work with to provide a variety of services. We also want to be a resource hub where business owners can look at San Pablo EDC as an advisor and bridge to other business professionals. We also have networking events where San Pablo businesses can promote their services to other professionals.

San Pablo Economic Development Corporation's list of Local Contractors is a list comprised of reputable EDC members and local San Pablo businesses that offer contracting services. San Pablo Economic Development Corporation gives priority contractor referrals to these businesses so that we can support our members and keep business local.
 

Restaurant Guide

The restaurants featured in this guide have a variety of food options from vegan, vegetarian, and meat options. Some of the restaurants featured in the guide provide delivery, large catering services. These often feature hidden gems and less-known restaurants that can offer unique dining experiences.
