San Pablo EDC Workforce

San Pablo EDC Workforce Program

Develop. Diversify. Stabilize.

Since 2012, we have been creating economic opportunities for residents of San Pablo and West Contra Costa by collaborating with community leaders, job partners, and businesses. We met challenges faced by residents, business owners, and families with solutions that produced success. We implemented industry-specific workforce programs to equip our residents for promising careers with upward mobility. We designed a full suite of marketing programs and education for business owners to push them to the next level of success. We pursued New Markets Tax Credits allocation to build places for families to thrive in, such as the Community Center and Rumrill Sports Park.

However, there is much more work to be done. Systemic change begins with our education, workforce, and social structures. We remain committed to listening to the needs of our residents and businesses to raising the bar in San Pablo.

Looking ahead, we intend to work with you as our supporter. Will you join us in making positive change to San Pablo and beyond?
