RFP 2026-EDC02 – Path of Travel Parking Lot Compliance Improvements
San Pablo EDC is seeking a qualified contractor to complete previously approved accessibility improvements to the parking area and associated path of travel at 14501 San Pablo Avenue.
The work includes paving, grading, concrete and curb work, accessible parking stalls, striping, signage, and related path-of-travel improvements.
A site visit coordinated with the Property Manager is required prior to proposal submission.
RFP 2026-EDC03 – Rooftop HVAC Equipment Screening Installation
San Pablo EDC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide and install permanent rooftop screening around the existing HVAC equipment at 14501 San Pablo Avenue.
The screening system must visually conceal the rooftop equipment while maintaining required ventilation, clearances, access, and serviceability.
A site visit coordinated with the Property Manager is required prior to proposal submission.
